Curriculum Overview
Respect Resilience Responsibility
'Leaders have planned an ambitious curriculum in each subject. The curriculum is sequenced from Reception to Year 6 so that pupils can use what they know to learn something more complex.'

Our Curriculum Rationale
Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed, carefully sequenced, and aligned with the National Curriculum. We provide a broad curriculum with carefully chosen content that is well-structured and logically sequenced. Our curriculum is ambitious and designed to give all learners, the knowledge, skills and cultural capital they need to take advantage of future opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of further learning and employment - to succeed in life.
Our highly inclusive curriculum ensures that there are different adaptations to meet the needs of all children especially special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our provision is designed so that all children can engage with their learning and develop their independence and confidence. This includes: individual plans and provisions for our children identified with SEND, a variety of ways to engage parents, interventions, as well as mentoring and social skills support to ensure that all can achieve well during their time at Milton Park.
